Groundbreaking Ceremony Held Today in Jersey City For Perkins Eastman-Designed 99 Hudson St.

Earlier today design team members from Perkins Eastman joined Jersey City Mayor Steven M. Fulop, representatives of the Jersey City Council and Planning Board, developer China Overseas America, Inc., Plaza Construction, and a host of other dignitaries for the groundbreaking of 99 Hudson St. (aka 99 Hudson). At 79 stories tall and measuring 900 feet from sea level, 99 Hudson will be the tallest building in the state of New Jersey, surpassing the 781-foot tall Goldman Sachs building at 30 Hudson.

Ribbon Cutting of Target Field Station, Designed by EE&K, a Perkins Eastman Company, To Take Place on Saturday, May 17, 2014

In just under two years since the project officially broke ground, Target Field Station is poised for its grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony, scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 17 at 3:00 PM. The new multi-modal transit hub and public plaza is the first of its kind for the region, bringing iconic Open Transit design to the Twin Cities.

NY Rising Reconstruction Plans in Staten Island and South Valley Stream Receive "Rising to the Top" Awards from Governor Cuomo

Perkins Eastman and its affiliate BFJ Planning (BFJ) are pleased to announce that on April 23, team leaders Eric Fang and Frank Fish were in attendance at the NY Rising Spring Conference in Albany, where community members from Staten Island and South Valley Stream both received “NY Rising to the Top” awards from Governor Andrew Cuomo, in the amount of $3 million each.
